Sudden surge of hope

Today on the cycle ride to work I saw a lollipop lady weeding a council flower bed and felt a sudden surge of hope for and optimism in the human race.

Later after the necessary daily dose of Daria, internet and tinned food I went to see Children of Men with Will, Ella and young Matthew. The film is definitely worth a viewing; it’s very dark and apocalyptic yet balanced on the dawn of a new age with a steady drip feed of hope keeping you optimistic. A good solid British film – dark but necessary. Lots of Guantanamo Bay/concentration camp style horror with a realistic background feel to it. Go see it if you haven’t already.

Have finally managed to enroll on photography course in London – Keyvan will have some stiff competition soon 🙂
