They work for us – well they don’t but it would be nice if they did!
I’ve just remembered TheyWorkForYou.com. It’s great: you can look up how MP’s voted, what expenses they got, etc. It lets you know through Hansard what is being discussed in the Parliament – not much at the moment because they are all on holiday! It also emails you whenever your MP speaks – if you want! What a service! And all for free! It would be lovely if democracy worked for us – but that is something we still need to argue for.
